CALL TO ORDER – The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM. 3 4 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 5 A. March 19, 2026 6 7 Mr. Faunce MOVED to approve the meeting minutes of March 19, 2026. SECONDED by Mr. 8 Endrulat. 9 * The Vote on the MOTION was approved (4-0-0). 10 11 3. NEW BUSINESS 12 13 4. OLD BUSINESS 14 A. Continued discussion re: the use of SAU 88 as art space 15 16 Mr. Faunce stated that he reached out to AVA Gallery and Arts Center and others to try to set up 17 a meeting on this topic on April 30th. The idea is to allow the schools an appropriate level of 18 control over the experience. 19 20 Ms. Alfeld noted that CraftStudies may also be interested in overflow space for their program. 21 22 Mr. Reichert noted that the daycare center discussions are ongoing. The City and the School 23 District are deep in negotiations. 24 25 B. Continued Discussion re: Bridge Street Park green-up planning/coordination 26 27 Mr. Endrulat stated that he spoke with Paul Coats about this coordinated effort. The Upper 28 Valley Trails Alliance may also have some tools available to use. Continued Discussion re: West Lebanon Master Plan chapter review. 2 3 Mr. Reichert explained that the question was posed to the City Council last night regarding what 4 direction they want to go with the Master Plan process. This will be a balance between the City 5 Council and the Planning Board, with the City Council needing to provide resources and the 6 Planning Board providing the willingness to want to dive into the content. 7 8 5. OTHER BUSINESS: 9 10 The Committee reviewed the status of ongoing and upcoming projects. 11 12 6. ADJOURNMENT: 13 14 Mr. Faunce MOVED to adjourn the meeting at 5:50pm. The West Lebanon Block Party will highlight the Main Street improvements, celebrating the conclusion of construction and thanking the residents for accommodating the construction. Where: Kilton Library Parking lot/Main Street West Lebanon When: Saturday September 16th 4-6pm (weekend before LebFest) 4:30 – Ribbon Cutting, Speech about Main Street Efforts: 1 -2 Speakers to speak about the history of Main Street and recent improvements and convey the value of ongoing public investment in our community Activities • Lawn Games, chalk, bubbles • Tables these.are.examples?.not.confirmed o ‘All About Main Street’, Local history and highlighting the improvements o UVLSRPC: Block Party Toolkit: ‘Why you should host a block party’/’How to host a block party’ o Advance Transit – how to ride a bus o Ebike lending library o Arts table • Business Stamp Collection “visit 15 out of the 20 participating West Lebanon businesses for a chance to win a gift card” or Neighborhood Scavenger hunt “meet someone who has moved • Fire department scooping ice cream/handing out popsicles • Police department handing out bike helmets • Food Trucks/Food Vendors (UVLSRPC has funding to provide free food) Next Steps: 1. July 16th: West Leb Revitalization Committee approval 2. Reach out to Kilton Library, local churches, and businesses for involvement/sponsorship 3. Form Steering Committee 4. Create a Save the Date!
