A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Lopez, seconded by Councilmember Edson, to amend Bill No. 21-245 by adding the following to Subsection 1 of Section 2: "...Except that existing lots in the phase platted as The Villas of Chapel Ridge, 1st Plat, Lots 1-42 and Tracts A-1 and B-1 shall remain subject to the requirements for tile roofs".
