MOTION:
Mayor Baird moved the Council Roundtable and Public Comments to be done after the recess.
He also removed Item 2. E. Bill No. 21-45 (to be amended) from the Consent Agenda for
discussion and separate vote after the recess as well.
A motion was made by Councilmember Shields, seconded by Councilmember DeMoro, to
approve the amended agenda to include the additional amendments made by Mayor Baird.

Development Ordinance, of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Lee's
Summit, Missouri.

A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Lopez, seconded by Councilmember Edson, to amend
Bill No. 21-245 by adding the following to Subsection 1 of Section 2:
"...Except that existing lots in the phase platted as The Villas of Chapel Ridge, 1st Plat, Lots 1-42
and Tracts A-1 and B-1 shall remain subject to the requirements for tile roofs".

Summit R7 School Board combined period of time. The remainder of the meeting will be dealing with City Council
items. The School Board members may or may not choose to stay for those agenda items.
