Approval of Agenda MOTION: Mayor Baird moved the Council Roundtable and Public Comments to be done after the recess. He also removed Item 2. E. Bill No. 21-45 (to be amended) from the Consent Agenda for discussion and separate vote after the recess as well. (Note: First read by Council on December 7, 2021. Passed by unanimous vote.) ACTION: A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Lopez, seconded by Councilmember Edson, that Bill No. 21-245 be adopted. A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Lopez, seconded by Councilmember Edson, to amend Bill No. 21-245 by adding the following to Subsection 1 of Section 2: "...Except that existing lots in the phase platted as The Villas of Chapel Ridge, 1st Plat, Lots 1-42 and Tracts A-1 and B-1 shall remain subject to the requirements for tile roofs".
