Present: 4 - Councilmember Phyllis Edson Chairperson Bob Johnson Councilmember Trish Carlyle Vice Chair Beto Lopez Absent: 1 - Alternate Rob Binney 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved. 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS 5. BUSINESS A. 2018-1946 Approval of F&BC Minutes 3-5-18 & 3-12-18 Motion by Councilmember Edson, seconded by Vice Chair Lopez, the minutes from 3-5 & 3-12-18 were approved. B. BILL NO. An ordinance authorizing the waiver of Lee's Summit Housing Authority's 18-74 payment in lieu of taxes for the authority's fiscal year ended September 30, 2017 in the amount of $33,874.16. (F&BC 5/7/18) Motion by Councilmember Edson, seconded by Councilmember Carlyle,Ttis Ordinance was recommended for approval.to the City Council - Regular Session due back on 5/17/2018. The vote was unanimous. RES NO. A resolution approving the Summit Fair Community Improvement District budget 18-06 for fiscal year ending June 30, 2019. (F&BC 5/7/18) Motion by Vice Chair Lopez, seconded by Councilmember Carlyle, this Resolution was recommended for approval.to the City Council - Regular Session due back on 5/17/2018. An ordinance authorizing execution of an intergovernmental agreement for 18-75 confinement of prisoners by and between the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri and Johnson County, Missouri by and through the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office. (F&BC 5/7/18) Motion by Councilmember Carlyle, seconded by Councilmember Edson,this Ordinance was recommended for approval.to the City Council - Regular Session due back on 5/17/2018. The vote was unanimous.
