RESOLUTION to authorize the City of Leesville to enter into an agreement with the State of Louisiana Office of Debt Recovery for the collection of delinquent debts. Public Comments? D. RESOLUTION to authorize the City of Leesville to purchase a Caterpillar heavy equipment to provide support and maintenance to city infrastructure and operation. Public Comments. E. RESOLUTION to approve and accept grant funding for the Water Sector Program - Phase 2 for sewer improvements. Public comments? F. RESOLUTION to accept and approve the annexation application submit by the Leesville Planning Commission on behalf of Mr. Logan Morris and Jeremy Draper. Public Comments? 8. ORDINANCES: A. ADOPTION of ORDINANCE 13 of 2025 an ordinance to authorize the City of Leesville to purchase land from Mark McRae Properties at an “As Is” Market Value of $457,000 located on Nolan Trace for the expansion of the Leesville Recreation Complex and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute a certain Cash Sale Deed for said property. INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE 14 of 2025 an ordinance enlarging and extending the boundaries of the City of Leesville, Louisiana, assent of the property owner(s) within the area proposed to be included in the corporate limits.
