HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL, MARCH 2, 2009 Hearing opened at 6:30 P.M. with Councillor Rowlands, Chair of the Legal Affairs Committee presiding. All members were present except Councillor Nickel. This hearing is continued from January 12, 2009. The following PETITION was the subject of the hearing: 103-08 Gail M. Allen, Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Patrick L. Muldoon, President and Chief Executive Officer, Health Alliance: Modify the Health Care Overlay District, Article XIII as shown on a plan entitled “Modification to the Health Care Overlay District, Article XIII” (Legal Affairs) Councillor Rowlands said the petitioner has requested that the hearing be continued. Councillor Marchand said Health Alliance has reached a tentative agreement with the neighbors regarding parking on Memorial Drive. He said he is working with Mr. Duncan and Mr. Latches.
