SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL, SEPTEMBER 29, 2009 Meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. Attendance was taken by a roll call vote; all members were present except Councillor Rosa. A recess was called at 7:01 P.M. to speak with Ryan Malatos, Mayor Mazzarella and Chief Roddy. The meeting reconvened at 7:22 P.M. Upon recommendation of the WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE, the following APPOINTMENT was CONFIRMED.
