Levan Town MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING April 5, 2023 7:00 pm Meeting was called to order by Chairman Alan Paystrup at 7:00 P.M. A Quorum was present. Those in Attendance: Planning Commission Chairman: Alan Paystrup Commissioner: Barbara Anderson Back Up Commissioner: Mayor Bruce Rowley Acting Secretary: Chantal Rowley Others In Attendance: Morgan, and Courtlan Wilcox, Carol Bennet, Chris Chipping, Clayton Sperry, Trent Stowell, Christine Carrigan 1.Opening Business: Welcome: Alan Paystrup Prayer: Alan Paystrup Pledge of Allegiance: Bruce Rowley 2.Action Items: a. Approval of past Minutes: Wednesday March 1. 2023 Regular Planning Meeting Motion to approve by Barbara Anderson, seconded by Bruce Rowley b. Permit Applications Home-Teagan Christensen Motion to move permit to town council contingent on pending perc test by Barbara Anderson, 2nd by Bruce Rowley. All in favor. Motion passes. Home- Chris Chipping: Motion to move to town council for approval by Bruce Rowley, 2nd by Barbara Anderson. All in favor. Motion Passes. Outbuilding- Carrigan: Motion to approve building permit once perc test comes back by Bruce Rowley, 2nd by Barbara Anderson. All in favor. Motion passes. Home- Stowell: Planning Commission wants a road plan in place with a 3 year warranty as well as utility plan and the road deeded over to town. Stowell said he and Jason have power figured out already. Motion to send to town council by Barbara Anderson. Bruce Rowley seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion Passes. 3. Reports: Office issued permits: Mike Morgan- Backup Generator 4. Discussion Items: a. Stowell/Mangelson/Sperry- Road construction discussed with permit applications. b. Courtlan Wilcox- Bathroom addition, variance request due to corner lot set-back. Was discussed that they need to find out legally what would be involved in the process. 5.
