Planning Commission Meeting Meeting minutes December 4, 2024 7:00 P.M. Present at Meeting: Planning Chairman Nate Washer, Commissioner Conner Lunt, Alternate Commissioner/Council Member Rachel Goates. Meeting Recorder/Clerk Christine Carrigan Also Present: Carol Bennett Welcome The meeting commenced at 7:00 pm with a welcome from Planning Chairman Nate Washer expressing appreciation to the attendees for being present at the meeting. Invocation Nate Washer offered the invocation. Pledge of Allegiance Commissioner Conner Lunt led the Pledge of Allegiance. Discussion Items / Action Items a. Approval of past Minutes: Dec 6, 2024, Regular Planning Meeting Motion to approve the minutes made by Rachel Goates. Conner Lunt seconded the motion. All in favor. Minutes approved. b. Permit Applications: For Review: Amended Permit Application - Jeff & Kim Rowell The commission reviewed a change in the building plans for the Rowell house. The house size was reduced in the revised plans. Lane Allred the building inspector had reviewed the changes and approved them. It was agreed that everything looked fine, and no action was needed. c. Ordinance review discussion No reviews were drafted for discussion. d. Subdivision Ordinance Update -Recommendation to Town Council The hearing for the Subdivision Ordinance update received no comments and the Commissioners voted to recommend the updates to the Town Council. The motion to recommend the ordinance update was made by Rachel Goates, motion seconded by Conner Lunt. All in favor. The ordinance update moves to the Town Council for adoption. Reports: Office issued permits: None Adjourn: A motion for adjournment was made by Conner Lunt and seconded by Rachel Goates, resulting in a unanimous decision to adjourn the meeting.
