LEWISTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston City Council will hold a Public Hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, in the Lewiston City Council Room at 29 South Main Street, which will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Public Hearing • Review adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget which is the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 • Review the proposed Fiscal Year 2023 Budget which is the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 3. Business • Review and approval of the minutes of the May 17th, 2022 meeting • Review and approve expenses • Gay Jorgensen – zoning of facility at 53 S Main • Lewiston City Community Picnic – September 16th? • Vote on lawnmower lease from Buttar’s Tractor • Change to Employee Handbook pg. 21 – adding Juneteenth to list of holidays • Vote on approving adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget • Vote on approving the proposed Fiscal Year 2023 Budget 4. Mayor’s Report • Water/Sewer Update/Business Park • Discussion on future waste collection 5.
