LEWISTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston City Council will hold a Public Hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, in the Lewiston City Council Room at 29 South Main Street, which will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order • Pledge of Allegiance • Opening remarks – Mayor Jeff Hall • Open period for public comments 2. Public Hearings • Review adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget which is the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 • Review the proposed Fiscal Year 2023 Budget which is the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 • Contract for Lewiston City to provide Fire/EMS service to Cornish • Master Fee Schedule – solid waste costs changes 3. Business / Mayor’s Report • Review and approval of the minutes of the July 19th, 2022 meeting • Review and approve expenses • New Planning & Zoning Commission member • Approval for road dedication from Hatch parcel • Accept/deny petition for annexation of Cub River Bottoms area • Action on proposed zoning changes from P&Z • Approve FY 2022 budget adjustments • Approve FY 2023 budget • Vote on EMS/Fire contract with Cornish • Vote on updated Master Fee Schedule • 4th of July 2023 • Other business 4.
