LEWISTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston City Council will hold a Public Hearing in conjunction with the City Council Meeting on Tuesday, December 20th, 2022, in the Lewiston City Club Room at 29 South Main Street, which will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Councilmember Ned Simper 1. Review and approval of minutes from November 15, 2022 2. Public Hearings • Resolution 23-01 Master Fee Schedule for 2023 • Ordinance 22-01 Annexing parcels of Cherry Creek Investments, Central Milling, and KPR “Cub River Bottoms” • Ordinance 22-02 Defining Significant Real Property and Reasonable Notice before disposition 3. Zina Davis – need for an additional crossing guard 4. Discussion and possible vote on sale of City owned real estate parcels 09-025-0033 and 09- 013-0012 5. Discussion and possible vote on changes to speed limits 6. Review Business Licenses 7. Other business 8.
