LEWISTON CITY PUBLIC HEARING & COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Tuesday, June 20th, 2023, in the Lewiston City Club Room at 29 South Main Street, which will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Councilmember Fizz Bodily 1. Review and approval of minutes from May 16, 2023 2. Review and approval of minutes from June 6, 2023 3. Public Hearings – Budget Revisions/Modifications for FY23 - Preliminary Budget for FY24 - Water Revenue Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2023 to replace the Series 2022 Notes. - Master Fee Schedule Adjustments – Garbage Rates and line items 4. Public Comment 5. Vote on approval of budget revisions for FY23 6. Vote on approval of preliminary budget for FY24 7. Vote on Resolution 23-05 - A resolution authorizing the Water Revenue Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2023 and the terms of financing and related matters to replace the Series 2022 Notes. 8. Vote on approval of Master Fee Schedule Adjustments 9. Verizon contract review and vote 10. List future RAPZ projects 11. Mayor’s Report • COG updates • Other business 12. Councilmember Departmental Reports i. Fizz Bodily – CERT/Emergency Preparedness, Fire Department, Garbage, Parks & Rec. ii. John Morrison – Planning & Zoning, Economic Development iii. Ned Simper – Roads, Theatre, Library iv. Brooke Hyer – Cemetery, Arts Council, 4th of July v. Jonna Westover – Water, Sewer, Youth Council 13. Adjourn to executive session to discuss sewer project, engineering, and employee manual. - Next City Council meeting scheduled for July 18th, 2023. The mayor will inform a citizen when they have used their allotted time. F. We suggest you schedule a time to meet with the mayor, council member(s) or city staff so your questions can be answered.
