Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with
the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Tuesday, December 19th, 2023, in the Lewiston City
Club Room at 29 South Main Street, which will begin at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows:
Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Councilmember Fizz Bodily
1. Review and approval of minutes from November 21, 2023
2. Public Hearings
A) Ordinance 23-03 Annexing parcels of Cherry Creek Investments, Central
Milling, and KPR known as “Cub River Bottoms”
B) Resolution 23-07 Master Fee Schedule for 2024
3. Public Comment
4. Vote on approval of Ordinance 23-03
5. Vote on approval of Resolution 23-07
6. Review, discussion, and vote on approval of Resolution 23-08 – “Notice of Lewiston City
Annual Meeting Schedule for 2024”
7. Discussion and vote on approval of Resolution 23-09 – “Interlocal Agreement for
Reimbursement of Landfill Charges”
8. Discussion and vote on Resolution 23-10 “Appointment of Trustee on CVTD Board”
9. Discussion and vote to rent mini excavator and second tractor
10. Discussion and vote on new service truck
11. Discussion and vote on sewer lift station replacement
12. Mayor’s Report

A. Time is made available for anyone in the audience to address the council and/or mayor
concerning matters pertaining to Lewiston City business.
B. When a member of the audience addresses the mayor and/or council, they will come to the
microphone and state their name.
C. Residents will be asked to limit their remarks and questions to three minutes.
D. In all cases, the criteria for response will be that comments/questions must be pertinent to
Lewiston City business, that there are no argumentative questions, and no personal attacks.
E. The mayor will inform a citizen when they have used their allotted time.
F. We suggest you schedule a time to meet with the mayor, council member(s) or city staff so
