Herrera) The City Council may review any part of the proposed budget document, but will focus at tonight's meeting on infrastructure, capital improvements, projects, programs, bonds, debt, revenue projections, expenditure projections and other considerations of the Water, Sewer, and Regional Wastewater departments. b) Review of Departmental Baseline Budgets and supplemental budget requests focusing on Enterprise Fund departments.
