PUBLIC COMMENT & PRESENTATIONS The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Liberty Hill welcomes public comment early in the agenda of regular meetings. Those wishing to speak must sign in by completing the public comment form and presenting the form to the City Secretary before the start of the meeting. Each citizen will be allowed up to three (3) minutes and Public Comment period will last no longer than 15 minutes in total. a) Public Comments 3. PUBLIC HEARINGS a) To consider amending the Unified Development Code (UDC) creating a Landscape Ordinance, which includes requirements for the preservation and use of native plants, the implementation of vegetative buffers between certain land uses, and the implementation of shade trees. Agenda Item Requested by: Bill Soja – Commissioner e) Discussion and Possible Action on an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Liberty Hill, Texas Enacting The Regulation Of Acceptance, Review, And Approval Of Permits For Mobile Food Vendors And The Erection, Installation, Operation Or Parking Of Certain Motor Vehicles And Trailers Under Certain Conditions, Specifically Mobile Food Vendors And Recreational Vehicles (I.E., Travel Trailers Or Camper Trailers) Used As Mobile Food Retail Establishments Or Stores (E.G., Peddlers, Merchants Or Itinerant Businesses Selling Food, Produce, Etc., From Trucks, Trailers, Recreational Vehicles, Etc.); And Providing For The Following: Popular Name; Findings Of Fact; A Purpose; Compliance Required; Scope Of Jurisdiction; Applicability; Effective Date; Removal Of The Temporary Suspension Of Certain Approvals; Enforcement, Including Criminal Fines Not To Exceed $2,000.00 And Civil Penalties Not To Exceed $500.00 Per Violation; And That Each Day In Violation Constitutes A Separate Offense; and by A Repealer; Severability; Proper Notice And Meeting.
