following applications: (1) site development, (2) subdivision, (3) zoning, (4) special
exception, (5) waiver, (6) alternative standard, (7) and variance requests which may be
considered by the Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council of the City of Liberty

6. UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE (UDC)
a. Discussion and Possible action on amending the Unified Development Code (UDC) and
review of the UDC Priority List; revise and / or reprioritize the list as needed; Planning &

7. TABLED – P & Z MEETING – OCTOBER 2014
a. Discussion and Possible Action on amending the Unified Development Code (UDC) creating
a Landscape Ordinance, which includes requirements for the preservation and use of native
plants, the implementation of vegetative buffers between certain land uses, and the
