All items are subject to action. 1) CALL TO ORDER a) Establish Quorum b) Invocation c) Pledge of Allegiance d) Texas Pledge: "Honor the Texas flag; I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible." 2) PUBLIC HEARING Hold a public hearing and consider a request for variance from Section 6.00 Site Development and Design Standards, specifically, 6.10.07 Access and Parking Lot Requirements - “E. Pavement,” of the Unified Development Code as requested by Applicant/Agent Brendan P. McEntee, P.E. on behalf of JKB Construction, LLC. Site located at 14500 West Hwy 29 in the City of Liberty Hill, Texas. 3) PUBLIC HEARING Hold a public hearing and consider a request for a variance from Section 4.00 Zoning Districts, Use Regulations, and Lot Design Standards, specifically, 4.09.01 Types of Use related to the General Commercial/Retail (C-3) Zoning District of the Unified Development Code as requested by Applicant/Agent Jeff Shindler, P.E. on behalf of BakerTriangle. Site located 15680 W. Hwy 29 in the City of Liberty Hill, Texas. 4) PUBLIC COMMENTS Liberty Hill Planning & Zoning Commission accepts public comments regarding the Agenda of regular Council meetings and Public Hearings. Individuals wishing to speak may sign in by completing a Public Comment Form and presenting the form to the City Secretary prior to the start of the meeting.
