All items are subject to action. 1. CALL TO ORDER a) Establish Quorum b) Invocation c) Pledge of Allegiance “I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all.” d) Texas Pledge "Honor the Texas flag; I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible." 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS Public comments are welcome by the Planning & Zoning Commission regarding the Agenda of regular meetings. Individuals wishing to speak must sign in by completing a Public Comment Form and presenting the form to the City Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. Each citizen will be allowed up to three (3) minutes. Public Comments period will last no longer than fifteen (15) minutes. 3. WORKSHOP Discuss and Consider Action regarding development of Transportation Plan – Phase I for future transportation needs in the Downtown Area of Liberty Hill. 4.
