REGULAR AGENDA a) Discuss and take action on approval of minutes from the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting held October 28, 2019. b) Discussion and possible action on a recommendation to City Council from Planning and Zoning Commission to approve the RT 29 Preliminary Plat located at 9000 West Highway 29 in the ETJ of Liberty Hill. c) Discussion and possible action on a recommendation to City Council from Planning and Zoning Commission to approve the Butler Farms Subdivision - Phase I and II Preliminary Plats located on West Highway 29, one-half mile west of the Liberty Hill High School. d) Discussion and possible action on a recommendation to City Council from Planning and Zoning Commission to approve the Liberty Parke - Phase 4 Final Plat located at Liberty Meadows Drive and Highway 29 in the city limits of Liberty Hill. e) Discussion and possible action to assess one of the following: (1) approve, (2) approve with conditions, or (3) disapprove with conditions as First Review Planning & Zoning P a g e |1  Comments for Caughfield – Phase 1 Construction Plan. 3.
