Consider staff recommendation. 1  Representatives from Verdunity will brief the Planning and Zoning Commissioners and the City Council Members regarding the proposed Comprehensive Master Plan (LHTX2040). They will field questions. This Public Hearing represents the official Public Hearing for the Planning and Zoning Commissioners. On October 11, 2023, at their Regular Called Meeting, the City Council will hold their official Public Hearing regarding adopting the Comprehensive Master Plan as proposed Ordinance #2023-O-042.
