Concerning Privatization of Liquor

12. RESOLUTIONS
Resolution No. 10-142 – A Resolution of the City of Liberty Lake Stating the City
Council’s Opposition to Initiative 1100, which Relates to the Sale of Liquor (Beer,
Wine, and Spirits) and Would Close State Liquor Stores; Authorize Sale,
Distribution, and Importation of Spirits by Private Parties; and Repeal Certain
Requirements that Govern the Business Operations of Beer and Wine
Distributors and Producers.
Resolution No. 10-143 - A Resolution of the City of Liberty Lake Expressing
Opposition to Initiative 1105, which Relates to the Sale of Liquor (Beer, Wine and
Spirits) and Would Close All State Liquor Stores and License Private Parties to
Sell or Distribute Spirits to Include Revising Laws Concerning Regulation,
Taxation, and Government Revenues from Distribution of Sale of Spirits.
13. FIRST READ ORDINANCE
Ordinance No. 188 – An Ordinance of the City of Liberty Lake, Washington,
Establishing a Utility Tax to Provide Revenue for City Services and Capital
Requirements; Establishing a Special Referendum Procedure; Setting Penalties
for Noncompliance; Providing for Severability; and Establishing an Effective
Date.
14. SECOND READ ORDINANCES
Ordinance No. 185 – An Ordinance of the City of Liberty Lake, Washington, Updating
the Parks, Recreation, Open Space, and Trails Plan.
Ordinance No. 186 – An Ordinance of the City of Liberty Lake, Washington Regulating
the Use of Golf Cart (or Similar Vehicles) on Public Property Within the City of Liberty
Lake.
