Approve Vouchers – August 7, 2012. c. Approve the Amended Interlocal Agreement with Spokane County for Emergency Management. d. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding with Washington Department of Transportation to improve the westbound I90 off-ramp terminal intersection at Harvard Road and Mission Avenue. e. Authorize Mayor to sign Partial Easement Release for TierPoint f. Approve 2012 bid for road maintenance and authorize Mayor to enter into contract with Poe Asphalt Paving, Inc. g. Accept quote for signal update, and authorize the Mayor to enter into contract with Western Systems for the supply/delivery of equipment. h. Accept proposal by Bernardo Wills Architects for architectural and engineering services for construction of the Liberty Lake Library entry canopy. 13. INTRODUCTION OF UPCOMING AGENDA ITEMS 14.
