i. Approve and authorize Mayor to sign Memorandum of Understanding
with the Liberty Lake Sewer & Water District & Spokane County
regarding storm drainage review responsibilities
ii. Approve the following Recreation Service Agreements:
a. Joan Peters, dba Liberty Lake Learning Center
b. Skyhawks Sports Academy, Inc.
c. Wiley E. Waters, LLC
d. Carmen Halpern
e. Challenger Sports
iii. Approve Interlocal with Spokane County for Transportation Benefit
District No. 9901 the Regarding Sprague Avenue Trail Project –
Request to allow City of Liberty Lake to receive Transportation Benefit
District Funds from Spokane to be used to build Sprague Trail as
outlined in CFP
iv. Support staff recommendation to pursue application with RCO to
Surplus Property – Rocky Hill Park, Parcel #55114.1917
v. Accept Landscape Architect Agreement and authorize the Mayor to
sign agreement
