Council Member Kaminskas seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. AGENDA APPROVAL: Mayor Pro Tem Brickner moved to approve the agenda as printed. Council Member Kaminskas seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. CITIZEN COMMENTS Abe DuShay, Liberty Lake, WA: expressed concern about snow removal in Liberty Lake. He spoke about falling hazards the built-up ice has caused. He commented on the $128K that was spent for snow removal. He suggested hiring an independent contractor with “big rigs” to take care of the streets or even having the city purchase the equipment to prevent hazards to the citizens.
