CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING THURSDAY, JULY 14, 2022 HELD IN-PERSON & REMOTELY CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Kaminskas called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. ROLL CALL: City officials who physically attended the meeting: Mayor Kaminskas, Councilmembers Spencer and VanOrman, and Todd Henderson, IT Technician. City officials who remotely attended the meeting via Zoom: Mayor Pro Tern Folyer, Councilmembers Sahlberg and Cargill, Kyle Dixon, Finance Director, Jandy Humble, Library Director and Kelsey Hardy, City Clerk. Councilmember Cargill moved to excuse Councilmember Kurtz. Councilmember VanOrman seconded, which carried unanimously. Councilmember Cargill moved to excuse Councilmember Dunne. Councilmember Spencer seconded, which carried unanimously. Councilmember Dunne later joined the meeting during executive session. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Per RCW 42.30.1 10(1)(b), Mayor Kaminskas called for executive session to begin at 6:03 p.m. to discuss real estate considerations. Council reconvened the special meeting at 6:53 p.m. ADJOURNMENT: With there being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:53 p.m. p.m. These minutes were approved July 19, 2022.
