çe City Of CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING TUESDAY, MARCH 28, 2023 HELD IN-PERSON & REMOTELY WORKSHOP SESSION City officials who physically attended the meeting: Mayor Pro Tern Folyer, Councilmembers Spencer, Cargill, Sahlberg, Dunne and Kurtz, Library Board Mernbers Deane, Hamblet, Girard and Tapao-Hunt, Mark McAvoy, City Administrator, Darin Morgan, Police Lieutenant, Jandy Humble, Library Director, Todd Henderson, IT Technician, Kelsey Hardy, City Clerk and Sean Boutz, City Attorney. City officials who remotely attended the meeting via Zoom: Councilmember VanOrman and Damon Simmons, Police Chief. Library Board Member Skattum arrived part way through the workshop. Mayor Kaminskas was absent due to attending the National League of Cities Conference. Mayor Pro Tern Folyer called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. Library Board Joint Workshop: Mark McAvoy, City Administrator reviewed the process and expectations of the workshop discussion. The City Council and Library Board then discussed suggestions for additional amendments to Ordinance No. 119. No action was taken.
