Liberty Lake Municipal Library Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes Monday, September 23, 2019 1. Call to Order – Those in attendance: Sharon Carvo (Trustee), Mindy Howe (Trustee), Tim Olsen (Trustee), Tom Pauley (Trustee), and Jocelyn Redel (Library Director) 2. Workshop – Community Needs Assessment and Library Master Plan – Kimberly Bolan & Associates a. The consultants used a PowerPoint slideshow to prompt comments from the Library Board and Director about the Liberty Lake community and library services. The consultants concluded the discussion by asking everyone to also complete the online survey. 3. Comments – No comments were made. 4.
