BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD MEETING Monday. March 14, 2022 at 3:00 PM Village Hall Board Room 118 W. Cook Avenue Libertyville, IL 60048 and Scheduled Locations MINUTES Mayor Weppler called to order a special meeting of the Board of Trustees at 3:00 p.m. Those present were: Mayor Terry Weppler, Trustees Donna Johnson, Scott Adams, Richard Moras, Jay Justice, Peter Garrity, and Pat Carey, Trustee Moras moved to enter into executive session per 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(6) at 8:00 p.m., and Trustee Garrity seconded. The motion carried on a roll crall vote as follows: AYES: Trustees Johnson, Adams, Moras, Justice, Garrity, Carey NAYS: None With no further business to come before Village Board, Trustee Garrity moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:15 p.m., and Trustee Love seconded.
