MINUTES OF THE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING – OCTOBER 11, 2010 Call to Order Plan Commission meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Village President, Charles Fischer Roll Call PRESENT: President Fischer Bill Peerenboom Richard Schevers Bill Van Berkel Roy Van Gheem Jerry Verstegen ABSENT: Dan Mahlik EXCUSED: Vicki Schneider, Village Clerk ALSO PRESENT: Community Development Director, Jim Moes, Village Administrator, Charles Kell Public Appearance for Items Not on the Agenda None Approval of Plan Commission Meeting Minutes-September 13, 2010 Moved by Commissioner Van Gheem, seconded by Commissioner Schevers to approve the minutes of September 13, 2010 as presented. All Ayes – Motion Carried Review/Recommendation – CSM – Wisconsin Wealth Management – Lot 1, CSM 5537 Spirit Court, Parcel # Part of 260 400501 J. Moes stated he has reviewed the CSM and determined that it meets the Village’s subdivision code and he recommends that the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Village Board. Moved by Commissioner Van Gheem, seconded by Commissioner Peerenboom to recommend to the Village Board approval of the CSM for Wisconsin Wealth Management Lot 1 CSM 5537 Spirit Court, Parcel #260 400501.
