MINUTES OF THE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING – NOVEMBER 14, 2011 Call to Order Plan Commission meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Village President, Michael Vanden Berg Roll Call PRESENT: President Vanden Berg Trustee Bill Peerenboom Richard Schevers Roy Van Gheem Bill Van Berkel Jerry Verstegen ABSENT: John Elrick ALSO PRESENT: Village Clerk Vicki Schneider Public Appearance for Items Not on the Agenda None Approve Minutes of the Plan Commission Meeting of October 10, 2011 Moved by Commissioner Van Gheem, seconded by Commissioner Van Berkel to approve the minutes of October 10, 2011 as presented. Ayes 6, Nays 0 – Motion Carried Review/Recommendation- Final Plat – Village North Subdivision Commissioner Van Gheem reported that the final plat met all of the Village’s ordinance requirements and all of the required easements are included on the final plat. Moved by Commissioner Van Gheem, seconded by Commissioner Peerenboom to recommend to the Village Board Approval of the Final Plat for the Village North Subdivision as presented.
