Public Appearance for Items Not on the Agenda None Approve Minutes of the Plan Commission Meeting of September 10, 2012 Moved by Commissioner Schevers, seconded by Commissioner Eggert to approve the minutes of September 10, 2012 as presented. Ayes 5, Nays 0 – Motion Carried Moved by Commissioner Schevers, seconded by Commissioner Van Gheem to enter into the Public Hearing for the Conditional Use Request. Ayes 5, Nays 0 – Motion Carried Public Hearing – Conditional Use Request – 2929 W. Evergreen Drive – Applicants Rollie Winter & Associates – Construction of a New Facility for the Manufacturing, Distributing, and Machining of Plastic Parts J. Moes reviewed the documents submitted with the application noting the parcel is Lot 2 of CSM No. 5888 and the zoning is highway commercial. The business occupying the facility is Eagle Supply & Plastics, Inc. J. Moes stated staff’s recommendation is approval of the Conditional Use Request. No other questions or comments were made during the Public Hearing. Moved by Commissioner Van Gheem, seconded by Commissioner Eggert to exit the Public Hearing. Ayes 6, Nays 0 – Motion Carried Action on Conditional Use Request – 2929 W.
