MINUTES OF THE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING JUNE 18, 2018
Call to Order
The Plan Commission meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by President Vanden Berg

Approve Minutes from the Plan Commission Meeting of April 6, 2018
Moved by Commissioner Schevers, seconded by Commissioner Van Berkel to
Approve the Minutes of April 16, 2018
All Ayes– Motion Carried
Public Hearing regarding the proposed amendment of boundaries and project plan for Tax
Incremental District No. 6 (See the Public Hearing Notice which was published on May 30, 2018)
Moved by Commissioner Van Lankvelt, seconded by Commissioner Van Berkel to enter in Public
Hearing
All Ayes– Motion Carried
Phil Cosson from Ehlers presented maps and information for the proposed amendment of boundaries and
project plan for TID No. 6. Once the proposed amendment is approved by the Plan Commission it will go
before the Village Board, scheduled for July 18th.
Moved by Commissioner Van Berkel, seconded by Commissioner Van Lankvelt to exit Public
Hearing
All Ayes– Motion Carried
Public Hearing regarding the proposed project plan, boundaries and creation of Tax Incremental
District No. 7 (See the Public Hearing Notice which was published on May 30, 2018 & June 6, 2018)
Moved by Commissioner Van Berkel, seconded by Commissioner Van Lankvelt to enter in Public
Hearing
All Ayes– Motion Carried
Phil Cosson from Ehlers presented maps and information for the proposed project plan, boundaries and
creation of TID No. 7. Once the proposed amendment is approved by the Plan Commission it will go
before the Village Board, scheduled for July 18th.

District No. 8 (See the Public Hearing Notice which was published on May 30, 2018 & June 6, 2018)
Moved by Commissioner Van Berkel, seconded by Commissioner Schevers to enter in Public
Hearing
All Ayes– Motion Carried
Phil Cosson from Ehlers presented information for the proposed project plan, boundaries and creation
of TID No. 8 and explained that this is a redevelopment. TID 8 is needed for the senior center
development and Dollar Tree opening.
Moved by Commissioner Van Lankvelt, seconded by Commissioner Van Berkel to exit Public
Hearing

Consider and Adopt Resolution No.1 a “Resolution Designating Proposed Amended Boundaries
and Approving a Project Plan Amendment for Tax Incremental District No. 6, Village of
Little Chute, Wisconsin”
Moved by Commissioner Van Lankvelt, seconded by Commissioner Van Berkel to Adopt
Resolution No. 1 a “Resolution Designating Proposed Amended Boundaries and Approving a
Project Plan Amendment for Tax Incremental District No. 6, Village of Little Chute, Wisconsin”
All Ayes– Motion Carried
Consider and Adopt Resolution No. 2 a “Resolution Designating Proposed Boundaries and
Approving a Project Plan for Tax Incremental District No. 7, Village of Little Chute, Wisconsin”
Moved by Commissioner Van Lankvelt, seconded by Commissioner Schevers to Adopt Resolution
No. 2 a “Resolution Designating Proposed Boundaries and Approving a Project Plan for Tax
Incremental District No. 7, Village of Little Chute, Wisconsin”

Consider and Adopt Resolution No. 3 a “Resolution Designating Proposed Boundaries and
Approving a Project Plan for Tax Incremental District No. 8, Village of Little Chute, Wisconsin”
Moved by Commissioner Van Lankvelt, seconded by Commissioner Van Berkel to Adopt
Resolution No. 3 a “Resolution Designating Proposed Boundaries and Approving a Project Plan
for Tax Incremental District No. 8, Village of Little Chute, Wisconsin”

Discussion/Recommendation—Tennessen CSM
Director Moes is recommending approval to adjust the boundary line for the Tennessen property.
Moved by Commissioner Van Berkel seconded by Commissioner Van Lankvelt to approve the
Tennessen Certified Survey Map as presented
All Ayes– Motion Carried
Recommendation—Gary and Diane Vosters Annexation
Director Moes is recommending approval by the Plan Commission to be presented to the Village Board
for annexation of approximately 38 acres requested by Gary and Diane Vosters.
Moved by Commissioner Van Lankvelt seconded by Commissioner Van Berkel to approve and
recommend to the Village Board the Gary and Diane Vosters Annexation
All Ayes– Motion Carried
