Fox Valley Metro Police Department Police Commission Meeting Minutes October 1, 2009 Present: Chuck Rundquist, President Bill Van Berkel, Secretary Dick Schevers Scott Schommer Kerry Ruhnke Richard Meacham Guests: Chief Erik Misselt, FVMPD Brian Roebke, Editor of Times-Villager President Chuck Rundquist called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Roll call was taken all members were present. Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Kerry Ruhnke, seconded by Scott Schommer, to approve the minutes of the September 15, 2009 meeting of the Commission. Approved by voice vote, 5-0. Public Appearances to Address the Police Commission None Action Items A motion was made at 6:03 p.m. to go into closed session under Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(c). The motion was made by Ruhnke and seconded by Dick Schevers. Approved by voice vote, 5-0. A motion was made to reconvene in open session at 6:22 p.m. The motion was made by Schommer, seconded by Richard Meacham. Approved by voice vote, 5-0. A motion was made to recommend to the Village Boards approving the organization chart as presented. The motion was made by Meacham, seconded by Schommer. Approved by voice vote, 5-0. The next police commission meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 6 p.m. in the Village Board Room of the Little Chute Village Hall, 108 West Main Street, Little Chute, Wisconsin.  FVMPD Police Commission Meeting – October 1, 2009 Adjournment A motion to adjourn at 6:41 p.m. was made by Bill Van Berkel, seconded by Ruhnke.
