Gloudemans, seconded by T. Wegand to Approve Minutes from the Utility Commission of July 16, 2019 All Ayes – Motion Carried Discussion—2018 Financial Statements Director Remiker-DeWall went over the 2018 Financial Statements and also mentioned that the documents are on the Village website. Chairman Coffey asked for the PSC Rate of Return Document which Director Remiker- DeWall will provide. Progress Reports MCO Operations Update Jerry Verstegen, MCO went over the July Water Department updates. Director of Public Works Director Taylor was available for any questions regarding the July Utility report. Finance Director Director Remiker-DeWall updated the Utility Commission on the July Finance report. Approval of Vouchers Moved by J. Schultz, seconded by K. Coffey to Approve and Authorize payment of Vouchers and draw from the respective funds All Ayes – Motion Carried Unfinished Business None Items for Future Agenda None Closed Session: 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Outagamie County Landfill Moved by K. Coffey, seconded by M. Gloudemans to enter into closed session All Ayes – Motion Carried Return to Open Session Moved by K. Coffey, seconded by T. Engineering Notes: Installed 25 LF of 8 inch main and 38 LF of 12 inch main. Installed 192 LF of sanitary lateral. Storm Sewer Street Notes: • Sweep streets and hauled out sweepings. • Collected and hauled out yard waste. • Excavated and repaired culvert pipe on Randolph Dr. • Excavated and replaced storm inlet Legion parking lot. • Excavated and repaired storm inlet Lori Ln. • Formed and poured concrete C&G storm inlet repair restoration. Engineering Notes: Installed 20.2 LF of 38x60 inch main, 517.6 LF of 36 inch main, 47.5 LF 29 x 45 inch main, 376.9 LF 24 x 38 inch main, 229.9 LF of 24 inch main, 339.1 LF of 18 inch main, 157.3 LF of 15 inch main, 18.5 LF 14 x 23 inch main, 521.6 LF 12 inch storm sewer. Installed 68 1 ¼” poly water laterals, 49 1 ½” poly water laterals and 55 2” poly water laterals. Engineering Notes: 2019 Utility Projects Evergreen Drive Storm Sewer - French Road to Holland Road Construction of the storm sewer is complete as of the end of August. Adjustments to water and sanitary sewer to extend beyond the new concrete pavement is also complete. Ebben Storm Sewer – This project is being divided to allow for construction up to Freedom Road. This will allow construction to occur next spring while the private development project revise their plans.
