Certification of Minutes Mayor Pro Tem Beckman moved and Council Member Stahlman seconded to approve, based on the clerk's certification, the January 6 video as the minutes for the January 6, 2015 regular meeting of the city council. Comments / Reports a) City Manager b) Council Members c) Mayor 8. Consent Agenda Items Council Member Stein moved and Council Member Brinkman seconded to approve consent agenda items A through E. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Mayor Cernanec, Mayor Pro-Tem Beckman, Council Member Brinkman, Council Member Cole, Council Member Stahlman, Council Member Stein and Council Member Valdes a) Ordinance Ordinance on second reading providing that the annual sanitary sewer 07-2015 service charges be set annually by council resolution. Ordinance 07-2015 was approved on first reading on the consent agenda. b) Ordinance Ordinance on second reading providing that the annual storm water and 08-2015 flood management utility fees be set annually by council resolution. Ordinance 08-2015 was approved on first reading on the consent agenda. c) Ordinance Ordinance on second reading adopting the 2014 edition of the National 01-2015 Electric Code, the 2013 edition of the Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators, and the 2011 edition of the Safety Standard for Platform Lifts and Stairway Chairlifts. Ordinance 01-2015 was approved on first reading on the consent agenda. d) ID# 15-018 Motion appointing Doug Terry and Chris Armstrong to the Consolidated Regional CAD System Operations Committee ID# 15-018 was approved on the consent agenda. e) Ordinance Ordinance on second reading approving the rezoning of property known as 06-2015 2135 West Chenango Avenue from I-1 to PD-I and the Arapahoe County Residential Center General Planned Development Plan. Ordinance 06-2015 was approved on first reading on the consent agenda. 9. Council Member Brinkman moved and Mayor Pro Tem Beckman seconded to approve on second reading the ordinance regarding requirements for a qualified municipal court of record.
