Public Comment If you wish to address the city council under Public Comment, please sign-in on the public speaker form, before the call to order for this meeting. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes. The city council is not authorized by the Colorado Open Meetings Law to discuss comment or take action at the meeting on any issue raised by public comment that is not part of tonight's agenda. The Mayor may refer the matter to staff to obtain additional information and report back to the Council as appropriate. In order to permit all of the public business to be completed in a timely manner, the Chair will exercise its discretion to permit thirty (30) minutes of public comment at this point. All remaining public comment will be recessed until immediately prior to Reports from the City Manager and City Attorney. 5. *MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE* a) Council is to consider a procedural motion to continue the second reading of Ordinance 54-2018 regarding Short Term Rentals, until January 15, 2019. Additionally, a study session will be held on January 8, 2019. If the motion to continue passes, there will be no public hearing and no testimony taken this evening. If the motion fails, then the item would be considered as noted on the agenda. 6.
