Motion to recess to an Executive Session a) Property Negotiation I move to recess to an executive session for the purpose of holding a conference with the Interim City Attorney, City Council, and appropriate staff under Charter Article III Section 27(3) and Section 24-6-402(4)(a) C.R.S. regarding negotiations for the sale, lease or purchase of real property located adjacent to Reynolds Landing for the purposes of Open Space. I further move to return to the open meeting at the close of the executive session for the purpose of taking any formal action deemed necessary. 4. Recognition Ceremony: First Responders and Volunteers for The Windermere Fire a) ID# 19-128 Recognition of employees, citizens, and volunteers who assisted the victims of The Windermere apartment fire 5. Approval of Agenda 6. Public Comment If you wish to address the city council under Public Comment, please sign-in on the public speaker form, before the call to order for this meeting. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes. The city council is not authorized by the Colorado Open Meetings Law to discuss comment or take action at the meeting on any issue raised by public comment that is not part of tonight's agenda. The Mayor may refer the matter to staff to obtain additional information and report back to the Council as appropriate. 7. Consent Agenda Items Consent agenda items can be adopted by a simple motion.
