Each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. We expect comments to be civil. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The city council is not authorized under the Colorado Open Meetings Law to discuss, comment, or take action at this meeting on any issue raised by public comment that is not part of tonight's agenda.
