Special City Commission Meeting

Livingston City Commission Minutes October 17, 2025 5:30 PM City Hall, Large Conference Room 1. Call to Order The Chair called the meeting to order at 5:30pm. 2. Roll Call Commissioner Lyons was not present; Commissioners Schwarz, Nootz, Kahle and Willich were present. 3. Public Comment Individuals are reminded that public comments should be limited to item over which the City Commission has supervision, control jurisdiction, or advisory power (MCA 2-3-202) 4. Consent Items 5. Proclamations 6. Scheduled Public Comment 7. Action Items A. CLOSED SESSION PURSUANT TO MCA 2-3-203(3). The Vice Chair made a motion to enter closed session and was seconded by Commissioner Willich; the motion passed unanimously. 8. City Manager Comment 9. City Commission Comments 10. Adjournment Commissioner Kahle made a motion to adjourn which was seconded by Commissioner Willich seconded; it passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 8:55pm.
