BACKGROUND INFORMATION: In 2024, City staff applied for Community Project Funds for rehabilitation costs of the Reimagined Housing on Main and was awarded $500,000 in late 2024. The City Council, at its March 19th Regular Meeting, adopted Resolution 2025-031 accepting the award. Congressional representative Josh Harder will present a ceremonial check to the Lodi City Council to acknowledge the federal contribution to the Main Street Reimagined Housing Project. STRATEGIC VISION: 8B. Public Well-Being: Partner with other entities to provide outreach, education and activities to engage diverse cultures and communities. FISCAL IMPACT: Not applicable.
