Discussion: HHAP coordination, priority discussion, solicitation of projects, ask for local governments to contribute dollars 3. Discussion and Potential Action: PLHA first-time homeless funding, priority recommendations to the Board of Supervisors (same recommendations should go to Lodi and Stockton) $265,707.99 for Lodi $1,352,326.07 for Stockton $1,035,279.75 for San Joaquin County - Can be used for Rapid Re-Housing (rent assistance and case management) for first-time homeless families - Can be used for predevelopment, development, acquisition, rehab, preservation of affordable housing - Applications through January 2020 V.
