CITY OF LOGANVILLE
Called Council Meeting
Thursday, July 2, 2020 6:30pm
Council Chambers
The City of Loganville Mayor and Council met for a Called Council Meeting on Thursday, July
2, 2020 at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers. Mayor Rey Martinez and Council Members Jay
Boland, Linda Dodd, Bill DuVall, Danny Ford, Lisa Newberry and Anne Huntsinger were all
present.
Mayor Rey Martinez called the meeting to order at 6:30pm.
Council Member Danny Ford made a motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss Real
Estate Matters with the City Attorney. Council Member Anne Huntsinger seconded the motion.
Motion carried 6-0.
Mayor and Council left the room to enter into Executive Session.
Council Member Danny Ford made a motion to enter back into Open Session. Council Member
Lisa Newberry seconded the motion. Motion carried 6-0.
Mayor Rey Martinez reported that the City Council went into Executive Session regarding a Real
Estate matter and there was nothing to report at this time.
With no further business, Council Member Linda Dodd made a motion to adjourn. Council
Member Anne Huntsinger seconded the motion. Motion carried 6-0.
Meeting adjourned at 6:49pm.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Council Member Linda Dodd made a motion to open Executive Session to discuss Real Estate
Matters. Council Member Bill DuVall seconded the motion. Motion carried 6-0.
Council Member Anne Huntsinger made a motion approve the purchase and negotiation of
property located at Tommy Lee Fuller and Rabbit Farm for the construction of a lift station for
the additional Walton County Water line not to exceed $10,000 plus closing costs and any
necessary or requested earnest money to be paid from this funding. Council Member Linda Dodd
seconded the motion. Motion carried 6-0.
Council Member Anne Huntsinger made a motion to adjourn Executive Session. Council
Member Linda Dodd seconded the motion. Motion carried 6-0.
