AGENDA CITY OF LOGANVILLE Work Session Monday, April 11, 2016 6:30pm Council Chambers Publication Date: April 8, 2016 Members present: Mayor Dan Curry and Council Members Chuck Bagley, Skip Baliles, Jay Boland and Mark Kiddoo. Members absent: Council Member Rey Martinez. Meeting called to order at 6:30pm. The following items were discussed: III. COMMITTEE / DEPARTMENT REPORTS a) Planning & Development / Human Resources – Chairman Skip Baliles • Case #V16-002 – Brent Stone-Garrard Group – 190&200 Athens Highway – Reduce building setback to 5’ (by 25’) for large retail building • Case #V16-003 – Brent Stone-Garrard Group – 190&200 Athens Highway – Reduce building setback to 5’ (by 15’) for large retail building • Case #V16-004 – Brent Stone-Garrard Group – 190&200 Athens Highway - Reduce the landscape buffer setback by 25’ for retention pond • Case #V16-005 – Brent Stons-Garrard Group – 190&200 Athens Highway – Reduce the parking space requirement for the large retail building by 57 parking spaces • Updates / Reports b) Finance– Chairman Mark Kiddoo • Walton Press Invoice – Magazine Printing $9,102 • Updates / Reports c) Public Safety Committee – Chairman Rey Martinez • Updates / Reports d) Public Utilities / Transportation – Chairman Jay Boland • 2017 CDBG Grant Resolution • 2016LMIG Paving Project Award – H.E.H.
