CALL TO ORDER Mayor Skip Baliles called the Public Hearing to order at 6:00pm. 2. MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS A. Public Hearing Regarding HB 581 City Manager presented and explained HB381. Public Hearing was opened to allow for public comment. George Kelecheck, Rockdale County addressed the Mayor and Council regarding HB381. 3. ADJOURNMENT Motion made by Council Member Huntsinger made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Council Member Newberry. Voting Yea: Council Member DuVall, Council Member Huntsinger, Council Member Long, Council Member Newberry, Council Member Whitfield, Council Member Wolfe Motion carried 6-0. Meeting adjourned at 6:22pm.
