A motion was made by Mary Litviak to approve the agenda and it was seconded by Steve Morgenson, carried. A motion was made by Mary Litviak to approve previous minutes and it was seconded by Steve Morgenson, carried. Propose applying for a TIF/TID District for school forest land. • The motion was made by Mary Litviak to proceed with TIF/TID Plan for 2025 and was seconded by Steve Morgenson, carried. Review current fee schedule, prepare to make recommendations to board for approval of revised fee schedule. • Discussion on the ordinances in general, completing the fee schedule and moving forward to adopting. Computers • The motion was made by Mary Litviak to purchase 2 new computers using ARPA funds for the clerk and public works and was seconded by Steve Morgenson, carried. Health Insurance Procedure • Information was distributed on State Health Insurance Plans. The committee is looking into the best policy option. Sick Pay • Earning 4 hours per month, 6 days per year with a maximum of 80 hours. Benefit will begin 01-Jan- 2024. ADJOURN
