Meeting Minutes
Commission Members: Mille Rott - Chair; Harry Pulvermacher; Dan Quinn; Steve Morgenson; JR Marshall; Don
Brander; Elizabeth Gieck.
1. Call to Order – Millie Rott called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
2. Motion made by JR Marshall, seconded by Harry Pulvermacher to approval of agenda.
Motion carried.
3. Consideration of and possible action on Reeve’s building permit for the Village of Lone
Rock, Richland County, Wisconsin.
Motion made by Dan Quinn, seconded by JR Marshall to approve building permit once
lots lines and placement of home are clearly marked, and GEC verify setbacks. Motion
carried.
4. Consideration of and possible action on Lamont’s request for the Village of Lone Rock,
Richland County, Wisconsin.
Millie Rott will contact Jeff Lamont with the instructions to apply for a conditional use
permit.
5. Adjourn.
