Commission Members: absent Mille Rott – Chair; Harry Pulvermacher; Dan Quinn; Brad
Seymour; JR Marshall; Don Brander; absent Elizabeth Gieck.
1. Meeting Call to Order by Dan Quinn at 6:00 PM.
2. Motion to approval agenda by JR Marshall, seconded by Harry Pulvermacher. Carried.
3. Motion to approval April 16, 2024, minutes by Brad Seymour, seconded by JR Marshall.
Carried.
4. Brad Seymour presented changes to Chapter 13 & 14, Zoning & Land Division, which
includes wording from the previous Zoning ordinance. Procedures on Zoning Permits
and Building Permits discussed.
5. Motion to adopt Ordinances 13-15 with changes by Harry Pulvermacher, seconded by
Don Brander. Carried.
6. Update on Dion Puzon Highway Project: tourist/entertainment center with sales, vendors
to provide food.
7. Set date of next meeting. – No meeting set.
8. Adjourn at 8:16 PM.
