OFFICE OF THE CLERK Public Safety Committee will meet on Thursday, May 1, 2025, 5:00 P.M. at the Village Office, 314 E Forest St, Lone Rock, WI, Committee Members: Brad Wilson – Chairperson; Brandon Bindl; Brad Seymour. AGENDA 1. Roll Call. 2. Approve Agenda. 3. The Committee will convene in Closed Session according to WI Statutes 19.85(1)(b) and 19.85(1)(c) to discuss conduct of an employee and discussions regarding employee performance evaluation data and a complaint received regarding conduct of an employee which may result in discipline of that employee. 4. The Committee may re-convene in Open Session if appropriate to make any motions or decisions concerning this matter. 5. Adjourn. WI Statutes 19.85(1) (b) Considering dismissal, demotion, licensing or discipline of any public employee or person licensed by a board or commission or the investigation of charges against such person, or considering the grant or denial of tenure for a university faculty member, and the taking of formal action on any such matter; provided that the faculty member or other public employee or person licensed is given actual notice of any evidentiary hearing which may be held prior to final action being taken and of any meeting at which final action may be taken. The notice shall contain a statement that the person has the right to demand that the evidentiary hearing or meeting be held in open session. This paragraph and par. (f) do not apply to any such evidentiary hearing or meeting where the employee or person licensed requests that an open session be held. (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Note: It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of a municipality or county may attend the above stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this matter.
