21-June-2023 Joint Public Works/Finance Committee Meeting Minutes 1. Attendance Present: Dan Quinn - President; Mary Litviak-Finance Chair; Steve Morgensen; Harry Pulvermacher; Brandon Bindl; Adam Reno-Public Works Chair. Also in attendance: Esther Marshall; Brad Wilson. 2. Approval of agenda A motion was made by Adam Reno to approve the agenda and it was seconded by Brandon Bindl. Motion carried. 3. The Committees will convene into Closed Session according to WI Statute 19.85(c). to discuss personnel matters relating to the Public Works Director. A motion was made by Adam Reno to convene into Closed Session, it was seconded by Brandon Bindl. Individual Roll Call Vote: Dan Quinn-yes, Mary Litviak-yes, Steve Morgensen-yes Harry Pulvermacher-yes, Brandon Bindl-yes, Adam Reno-yes. 4. The Committees will re-convene to Open Session to make any motions or decisions concerning this matter. A motion was made by Steve Morgenson to re-convene into Open Session, it was seconded by Adam Reno.
