Also in attendance: Esther Marshall, Pahoua Thao (ZOOM) Motion made by Steve Morgenson, seconded by Mary Litviak approve agenda, all voted aye, carried. Motion made by Steve Morgenson, seconded by Mary Litviak to Go into Closed Session per Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1) (g): Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved re: Richland County Case No.: 23-CV-3. Harry Pulvermacher, Brandon Bindl arrived during closed session. Motion made by Adam Reno, seconded by Brandon Bindl to reconvene in open session, all voted aye, carried.
